Small Dinner Tasting
One table, one night, a menu that unfolds course by course while Diego and the collective cook a few feet away. It's the closest seat to the fire, built for the kind of evening people still talk about a year later.

Family Style Catering

Cooking Classes
Hands in the masa, knife in hand, questions welcome. A working class built around the techniques and stories behind Pan-American cooking, for a birthday, a team afternoon, or just a Saturday spent learning to cook something new.
Ideal for — Team offsites, birthdays, date nights

How it works — Hands-on instruction, ingredients provided, ends with the meal you cooked

Asado Argentino
Live fire, slow-cooked meats, and the unhurried ritual of the Argentine asado. Diego builds and tends the fire himself, the same way it's done outside Buenos Aires — brought to your backyard, your ranch, or your next private event.
