Colectivo Felix

Colectivo Felix is a Pan-American culinary collective led by Argentine-born chef Diego Felix. We cook private dinners, weddings, catering and cooking classes across the Central Coast (Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Luis Obispo counties) and the Bay Area. A bridge between the indigenous foodways of Latin America and the farms of coastal California.
