How we give back.

The Get Hooked dinner series connect diners with the fishermen who harvest Monterey Bay seafood, and a portion of ticket sales goes to the Monterey Bay Fisheries Trust's Community Seafood Program, which supports local food relief organizations.

Diego also demonstrates and teaches cooking classes for students from The Culinary Institute of America who visit from Singapore.
