A Colectivo
Inspired by the ‘colectivo,’ the Argentinian public bus, we are a traveling band of chefs picking up and dropping off a diverse group of chefs, sommeliers, farmers, friends, and family along the way.
From travels across North and South America, a simple mission was conceived: to transmit through the simple yet monumental acts of cooking and eating, an appreciation of Latin American culture, the importance of edible biodiversity, and the necessity of small scale ecological food producers. Colectivo Felix imparts this ethos upon everything that touches the plate.

Based out of Santa Cruz, California, we craft unique dining experiences, small and large, in private homes, restaurants, wineries, and farms throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Through our food we celebrate our Latin American culture and support local, sustainable food systems.
Our creative, pan-American cuisine utilizes local and indigenous ingredients to our surroundings prepared with Latin American cooking techniques, recipes and traditions researched over years of wandering across the Americas.
